Steven Mark Eisenhauer brings more than 30 years of experience in agronomy, along with five years in agricultural equipment finance. Originally from Buffalo Center, Iowa, his career has been shaped by relationship-driven leadership, operational insight, and a focus on building scalable systems that serve both businesses and communities.
Suzanne R. Eisenhauer plays a key role in supporting the vision, organization, and mission behind SS Eisenhauer Enterprises™, contributing to the development of both business initiatives and community-focused efforts with a strong emphasis on service, structure, and people-first values.
Professional Background
Steven began his career with Midland Cooperative in Minneapolis, Minnesota, serving local agricultural retailers and building a strong foundation in agronomy, customer relationships, and wholesale support. He later continued his work with Cenex / Land O’Lakes in St. Paul, Minnesota, again working closely with local retailers and strengthening his experience in distribution, sales, and operational coordination.
The majority of his agronomy career was spent with Terra International, Inc., operating from wholesale locations in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, and St. Charles, Minnesota. Over those years, he gained extensive experience in wholesale sales, retail support, account development, and performance-focused business relationships across the agricultural sector.
He later expanded his professional experience into agricultural equipment finance, developing practical knowledge in financing solutions, capital needs, and the business realities that impact producers and operators.
